Namaskar City Refer & Earn Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, participating in, or referring another person to the Namaskar City Refer & Earn Program (“Program”), the participant (“Referrer”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions, along with Namaskar City’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and other applicable policies.

2. Eligibility

1. Participation is open only to individuals who meet Namaskar City’s eligibility and KYC requirements.
2. The participant must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. One individual may maintain only one Program account unless expressly permitted by Namaskar City.
4. Namaskar City reserves the right to suspend or reject an account where the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

3. Subscription Tenure & Continuation

1. The Namaskar City subscription is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of successful subscription/activation.
2. The subscription provides the participant access to the applicable Namaskar City services and, subject to these Terms & Conditions, participation in the Refer & Earn Program during the valid subscription period.
3. After completion of one year, the participant must renew the subscription in order to continue using the applicable system and participating in the Refer & Earn Program.
4. If the participant does not renew the subscription after the expiry of the one-year tenure, their access to the applicable system and Refer & Earn Program will cease, and they will be considered inactive/out of the system.
5. Renewal does not automatically guarantee continuation of any particular income, referral position, reward, or benefit except as specifically provided under the prevailing Program rules.
6. Any renewal fee, renewal process, or applicable conditions shall be as communicated by Namaskar City from time to time.

4. Referral Process

1. A registered participant may refer new customers/subscribers using their unique referral link, code, or other officially approved referral method.
2. A referral will be considered valid only when the referred person completes the required registration/purchase/subscription process specified by Namaskar City.
3. A person who is already registered with Namaskar City may not be treated as a new referral.
4. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fictitious accounts, or referrals created using misleading information are prohibited.

5. Level Structure & Completion of Level 12

1. The Refer & Earn Program may operate through a defined 12-level referral/earning structure, as communicated by Namaskar City.
2. A participant may receive applicable referral rewards only in accordance with the prevailing compensation and eligibility structure.
3. Upon successfully completing Level 12, the participant will be permanently considered to have completed their journey in the Namaskar City Refer & Earn Program.
4. After completion of Level 12, the participant will not be eligible to earn further referral rewards, commissions, or level-based income under the same Program account.
5. Completion of Level 12 does not extend or renew the participant’s one-year subscription tenure.
6. A participant who completes Level 12 will continue to receive/enjoy their subscribed Namaskar City service only until the remaining period of their existing one-year subscription expires, subject to applicable service terms.
7. Completion of Level 12 does not entitle the participant to any refund of the subscription fee or any additional payment merely because the participant has completed all 12 levels.

6. Rejoining After Completion of Level 12

1. A participant who has completed Level 12 and wishes to participate again in the Refer & Earn Program may do so only if Namaskar City permits re-entry under the applicable rules.
2. If re-entry is permitted, the participant must start again from the beginning of the Program.
3. Previous Level 12 completion, referral position, downline, rank, rewards, or earning history will not be carried forward to the new participation.
4. The participant will be subject to the subscription, KYC, eligibility, and other conditions applicable at the time of rejoining.
5. Namaskar City may prescribe a separate process or eligibility conditions for rejoining.

7. Referral Earnings

1. Referral rewards will be paid strictly according to the current Namaskar City Refer & Earn Program and published earning structure.
2. Rewards are earned only after the applicable eligibility conditions are successfully completed.
3. Namaskar City may define different reward levels, percentages, limits, or qualifying conditions from time to time.
4. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on eligible referrals and the applicable Program rules.
5. Referral rewards must not be represented as a guaranteed salary, fixed income, investment return, or assured profit.

8. No Recruitment-Only Subscription

The Program is intended to reward genuine customer/subscriber acquisition and eligible business activity.

Participants must not:

1. earn rewards merely for recruiting people;
2. ask another person to pay money solely to obtain a referral reward;
3. create artificial transactions to generate commissions;
4. promote the Program as a “get-rich-quick” opportunity;
5. make false or misleading income claims.

Any compensation structure operated by Namaskar City will be subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.

9. Subscription/Product Purchases

1. Any subscription or product must have genuine value and must be purchased voluntarily.
2. Participants must not force, pressure, or mislead another person into making a purchase or subscription.
3. Refunds, cancellations, and eligibility for referral rewards will be governed by Namaskar City’s applicable refund and cancellation policy.
4. If a transaction giving rise to a referral reward is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, or found fraudulent, Namaskar City may cancel or recover the corresponding reward.

10. Prohibited Activities

Participants must not:

1. use false, misleading, or deceptive advertisements;
2. make unauthorised claims about Namaskar City or its products/services;
3. use spam, bulk messages, or deceptive links;
4. impersonate Namaskar City or its representatives;
5. create multiple accounts to manipulate rewards;
6. use bots, automated systems, or fraudulent traffic;
7. manipulate referral records or payment information;
8. promise guaranteed income;
9. conduct activities that violate applicable law.

11. Marketing & Brand Usage

Participants may use Namaskar City’s approved promotional material and branding only in accordance with the company’s guidelines.

No participant may:

1. alter the company logo or official promotional material without permission;
2. register a domain, social-media account, or business name that falsely suggests it is owned by Namaskar City;
3. make statements on behalf of Namaskar City without authorisation.

12. KYC and Payment

1. Namaskar City may require KYC and bank/payment information before releasing referral rewards.
2. Payments will be made only through approved payment methods.
3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their bank and tax information is accurate.
4. Applicable taxes, TDS, or other statutory deductions may be made wherever required by law.

13. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

If a referred transaction is cancelled, refunded, charged back, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent, any reward associated with that transaction may be withheld, cancelled, or adjusted against future earnings.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Namaskar City may suspend, restrict, or terminate a participant’s account if it reasonably believes that the participant:

1. violated these Terms;
2. engaged in fraud or manipulation;
3. provided false information;
4. generated fraudulent referrals;
5. made misleading income or product claims;
6. violated applicable laws or company policies.

Pending rewards may be withheld while an investigation is conducted, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to the Program

Namaskar City may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Refer & Earn Program, including its reward structure, eligibility criteria, limits, subscription terms, and qualifying conditions, subject to applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate official channels.

16. No Guarantee of Income

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any particular income or financial return.

Any earnings shown in promotional material are illustrative unless specifically stated otherwise and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future earnings.

17. Data & Privacy

Participant and referral information may be collected, processed, and used for registration, KYC, transaction processing, customer support, reward calculation, fraud prevention, and other legitimate business purposes in accordance with Namaskar City’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the Program will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the dispute-resolution provisions contained in Namaskar City’s applicable agreements and policies.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to the jurisdiction provisions applicable to Namaskar City.
